Finding a solid match for an opportunity can be challenging. My job as a Sr. Account Manager is to assemble all of the pertinent and most urgent pieces together to make a cohesive union. Taking the time and getting to know my candidates as well as clients is key to a successful relationship between a potential employee and employer. Only then will everyone included meet with success. After all, our goal is to meet management needs of our clients with top talent and help candidates find a home when they are ready to make a career change.
Experience:
I started with the MRINetwork™ in 1993 as a young recruiter, working my way up the ladder as I gained knowledge and experience. MRINetwork as a team has so much to offer our clients and candidates including knowledge, negotiating skills, the ability to seek out the “hot buttons” for both sides and address them efficiently as well as the reliability of our firm. We are all highly ethical, understand we are working with real people, and thoroughly enjoy watching our candidates/clients grow with the years that pass.
