I believe that if you're not having fun, you are not doing well as a recruiter! I truly love the people in the health care industry and feel that in some small way, when I place a top-quality manager or administrator, I am helping to improve patient care. Because I enjoy my job and like to laugh, I often obtain a better "feel" for a person than just their qualifications or title. Therefore, I can match not only their experience but also their personality, management style and philosophy to a client. Listening to all parties is KEY!

Experience:

I began my career with the MRINetwork™ in 1987 and have earned Account Executive of the Year and Pacesetter status. I have developed a unique level of understanding of both the health care and recruitment industries. Because I have developed many long-lasting relationships with health care professionals, acute care hospitals and large multi-site health care systems, I am often privileged to do "repeat business."
