Kay Lemon, Franchise Owner, has over fifteen years acute care hospital experience. She was able to transfer this knowledge into the Healthcare recruiting industry by opening her franchise in 1993. Since that time, the office has developed strong resources in this field and continues to successfully serve clients throughout the U.S.
The mission of Management Recruiters of North Fresno is to partner with clients and to provide quality resources for the individual needs of each client throughout the organization. This office is committed to excellence and to repeat business through a strong results oriented approach to recruitment that includes a team effort throughout the office.
It is also important to tailor the fee arrangement to the needs of the client and to provide excellent service at the level the client is expecting. This commitment is recognized by the quality of the placement, the level of communication between the client and the recruiter, and the professional negotiation that has yielded a high placement to send out ratio for the office.
Equally important to any client is the absence of turnover in the office. This means that the client is able to develop a professional and personal relationship with the Account Manager as does the candidate with the Recruiting Specialist.
